Service Disclaimer
Credit Coach provides credit analysis, dispute preparation, and credit improvement support services. The information and services provided are for informational and educational purposes and should not be construed as legal, financial, or tax advice.
No Guarantee of Results
Results vary. No guarantee of deletion or score improvement.
Credit Coach does not and cannot guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report, any specific improvement to your credit score, or any specific outcome from our services. Individual results depend on many factors unique to your credit profile, including the nature of the items on your report, the accuracy of information reported by creditors, the responses of credit bureaus and data furnishers, and your own ongoing credit behavior.
Not a Law Firm
Credit Coach is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Our services include credit report analysis, dispute letter preparation, and credit improvement recommendations. If you require legal advice regarding your credit situation, consumer rights, or any legal matter, we recommend consulting with a licensed attorney.
Your Rights Under Federal Law
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have the right to:
- Dispute inaccurate or incomplete information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost.
- Receive a free copy of your credit report annually from each of the three major bureaus through AnnualCreditReport.com.
- Place a fraud alert or credit freeze on your credit file.
- Seek damages from entities that violate the FCRA.
You are not required to use a third-party service like Credit Coach to exercise these rights. Our Service is designed to assist you through the process, but you may pursue disputes and credit improvement independently.

In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA):
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly.
- Neither you nor any credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report.

- You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau.
- You have a right to cancel this contract within 3 business days from the date you signed it.
