Last updated: April 1, 2026
Please read this Consent Agreement carefully before using Credit Coach services.
By creating an account and using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Consent Agreement.
1. Authorization to Access Credit Report
By using our Service, you authorize Credit Coach to access your credit report from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) for the purpose of analyzing your credit profile and identifying items for potential dispute. This authorization is granted for the duration of your active subscription.
2. Authorization to Prepare and Submit Disputes
You authorize Credit Coach to prepare dispute letters on your behalf and to mail them to the credit bureaus and, where applicable, to data furnishers. All disputes will be based on items identified during our analysis of your credit report. You will have the opportunity to review your action plan before disputes are submitted.
3. Understanding of Services
You acknowledge and understand that:
- Credit Coach provides credit analysis, dispute preparation, and credit improvement support services.
- Credit Coach is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
- Results vary and Credit Coach does not guarantee the removal of any items from your credit report or any specific improvement in your credit score.

- Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed from your credit report through the dispute process.

4. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 3 business days from the date you signed up for our Service without penalty or obligation, in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). After the 3-day cancellation period, you may still cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information to Credit Coach, including your identity information and details about your credit situation. Providing false information may result in termination of your account and could have legal consequences.
